Step 1

Dismantle/ Degrease/ Chemical Clean

Sand blast /Soda/Glass Blast/other Media depending on item

Initial Final Clean

Item inspected, any repairs required completed, this includes grinding of weld splatters, damaged areas, scratches etc.

Preheat/ Outgass Item followed by degreasing sandblasting and reheating in oven to neutralise any charges built up from cleaning operations

Final Clean

Item(s) moved to rack & connected to the powder coating equipment

(Optional) Base coating or Primer applied

Oven cured at required temp & time

Product allowed to cool to ambient temperature

Clients chosen colour(s) applied

Oven cured at required temp & time

Product allowed to cool to ambient temperature
